Welcome to WAToolkit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our WhatsApp automation services, including WaManager, WaChatAI, and WaWarm. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our WhatsApp automation tools (WaManager, WaChatAI, WaWarm) in accordance with these Terms of Service and your subscription plan. You may not: (a) use our services for any illegal purpose; (b) send spam or unsolicited messages; (c) violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software; (f) resell or redistribute our services without permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our services are offered through various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Plan details, pricing, and features are subject to change with notice. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. Our services depend on WhatsApp's platform and APIs. Changes to WhatsApp's terms, policies, or technical infrastructure may affect our service functionality. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by WhatsApp. Support levels vary by subscription plan.
You retain all rights to your data. We process your data solely to provide our services as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You own all content and data you submit to our services. Upon termination of your account, we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws.
All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by WAToolkit or our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property. You retain all rights to content you create or upload through our services. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, store, and process that content to provide our services.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific results from using our services. Success depends on various factors including your use case, content quality, and target audience engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAToolkit's total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WAToolkit is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration.
